Home buyers and sellers use the service of Realtors because they believe we have the expertise to make their transaction as smooth and trouble-free as possible. I take their trust seriously and believe it is my responsibility to stay current of all real estate related information, and to work as hard for each client as I would for myself.
Strengths as a Real Estate Agent:
My strongest assets as a Realtor are my communication skills. After solid knowledge of the industry communication is the most important asset needed. Communication includes listening carefully to the clients wishes and relaying information clearly and accurately. Communication can either make or break a transaction as well as relationships with everyone involved in it.
Area of Expertise:
Most of my business is done in the northern parts of both St. Paul/ Minneapolis and all of the northern suburbs. I enjoy working with people in all segments from 1st time buyers to those downsizing to what they believe will be their last real estate transaction.
My professional background is diverse and includes experience ranging from teaching to 16 years in management positions at a local company. A strong work ethic along with strength in communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills were necessary in those positions. I have brought those skills and the best of what I’ve learned along the way, and put them to use everyday in real estate industry.
I have been a licensed realtor since 1996 and have worked full time in the industry since 1999.
